How long will it take to get my orders?
Orders processed with Economy shipping will usually take 5-8 business days to arrive. Orders processed with Standard shipping usually take 3-4 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
The tracking information says my package is delivered, but I don’t have it. What should I do?
Send us an email explaining the situation. We do not have any more information regarding shipments than what is provided to our customers, but occasionally the USPS makes mistakes. We will work with you to locate the package or send out a new one.
I accidentally put the wrong address, can I change it before it ships?
Yes - please send an email to hello@magnoliagolf.golf with your updated shipping information immediately. We pack and ship items daily Monday through Friday so timely notification of shipping addresses is essential to receiving your items.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. All costs associated with returning items are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges specific to apparel are free. We will provide a shipping label to you upon request.
Do you ship overseas?
No. We only ship within the United States.
